Community-Led Effort in Real Estate

One of my three main tenets of my business is Community: Take Action. Build Community. Earn Freedom.

Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking on behalf of a project being developed in my part of town in West LA at the downtown public hearing.

I won’t tell you what the project is yet - although if you want to be the first to hear updates on new developments sign up for my VIP list. These hearings tend to be pretty divisive and people always get bent out of shape as they stand either against or for the project.

What I really wanted to talk about was how Community is a big, important factor for what I do and who I am. People in the business see it in the way I interact with them and you can certainly see it in my personal life.

We all need to be part of this community. And the way I can help as a real estate expert, someone who lives and breathes real estate, is to go out there and support my friends and my colleagues who are endeavoring to improve communities or change communities through real estate.

I thought this was a really great example of how I incorporate community-led effort into my business.
